WHEN CONDITION BECOMES DESTINY

Drawing on Greek mythology, a foundational mirror of Western culture, this series revisits female figures to question the forms of inequality, violence, and invisibility that continue to shape women’s lives. The Three Graces, The Three Goddesses, and The Three Fates cease to represent predetermined destinies and instead become symbols of resistance, justice, peace, and freedom.

The reflection extends to abused childhood, human trafficking, migration, and the different forms of exploitation and contemporary slavery. Among vulnerable bodies and silenced voices, these works bring visibility to those who remain on the margins and affirm human dignity as a collective responsibility.

QUANDO A CONDIÇÃO SE TORNA DESTINO

A partir da mitologia grega, espelho fundador da cultura ocidental, esta série revisita figuras femininas para questionar as formas de desigualdade, violência e invisibilidade que ainda marcam a condição da mulher. As Três Graças, As Três Deusas e As Três Moiras deixam de representar destinos determinados para se tornarem símbolos de resistência, justiça, paz e liberdade.

A reflexão estende-se à infância violentada, ao tráfico de pessoas, às migrações e às diferentes formas de exploração e escravatura contemporânea. Entre corpos vulneráveis e vozes silenciadas, estas obras dão visibilidade a quem permanece à margem e afirmam a dignidade humana como responsabilidade coletiva.
